Added to people walking into the road without looking, someone deliberately threw a big cardboard box into the road so I’d hit it with the truck, on the way to a fire call. Furious

I also think it’s really important to tell people I lost. I know plenty of top athletes who don’t even mention it when they do lose. But that’s part of the journey. What example are you setting but showing you are ashamed to admit to a loss?

I feel like I have to prioritise or I will be exhausted and probably burn out by mid week. The bad part about this is- the guilt I carry. For not always pushing forward and doing all the things I want to do in a week.

1/3 I go through periods of not ‘balancing’ my life so well. I scroll through social media to see everyone is doing ‘something’ - going out, training, working, it’s hard to believe these people have down time, maybe some people don’t? But who posts about just chilling & watching
