@sarahsaltyscott @GeorgiaDOL Call (404) 232-3180 and when you hear the voicemail dial 0 it will ring the line again without all the voice prompts. Everytime it goes to voicemail dial 0 until you reach someone. That’s what worked for me.

@GeorgiaDOL The Ga DOL Facebook account reached out to me stating I'd be put on a list to be called regarding my benefits determination. I have yet to receive a call, nor can I get through to the appropriate party via phone. Please advise @GeorgiaDOL

@JahmonicaD @msatlanta45 @GeorgiaDOL When you hear the voicemail dial 0 and it’ll ring the phone again, do this as many times as it takes to finally get someone on the phone. That’s what I did for awhile and it finally worked today!

@msatlanta45 @GeorgiaDOL How did you even get on hold??? I can’t make it past voicemail or it telling me “the number isn’t completed as dial” and I got the phone number from their site

@akman_francois @Sanz912 @GeorgiaDOL I finally got my pin reset today after calling hundreds of times i got someone on the phone and found out my pass phrase was the issue all along! Took awhile but I’m glad I can now request payment for prior weeks! Thanks @GeorgiaDOL took so many L’s now I got a W!

@JalonnaKearney @GeorgiaDOL I finally got someone on the phone today after calling for over 2 months. My trick is once you hear the automatic voicemail dial 0 and it will ring the phone number again without having to wait for prompts. You can do this everyone you hear the voicemail until they answer!

@jGip360 @GeorgiaDOL Omg that’s wild, I wouldn’t be surprised if they come up with a reason for why I don’t qualify, Just like they did when I didn’t receive my tax refund nor stimulus this year. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of U.S. government.

There are waaaaay more ppl like me who have children and bills who are being neglected! Penalize the fraud, but don’t ignore us!

@Dwayne2724 @GeorgiaDOL I’ve never even been on food stamps let alone ui, I pay my child support through garnished wages. I have a job that cut hours so I earn less than ppl receiving benefits. I’m entitled and approved for pua and haven’t received it, I’m not bitching I’m seeking ordinary justice!!!!!!

Bills are coming right back around and it’s stressful when you know you’re supposed to be social distancing. That’s where the pua is supposed to come handy!

@jGip360 @GeorgiaDOL It’s crazy I work reduced hours just to be in debt while so many people without jobs are stacking up thousands of dollars...can I just have my PIN number reset?! I already qualified for pua what on Earth do I have to do to get help so I don’t starve to death???!!

@GeorgiaDOL So how much can we earn and still be eligible for some benefits? It’s a big question for those of us who have been reduced in hours and are still having full deductions taken out.
