Weightroom Wednesday Groundwork is off and running. These 6-8th graders are learning how to train and prepare their bodies. Here they are doing deadbugs, different sprints and bench press!

First day after spring break means 1 thing…time to dust off the JAMMERS! @Sandite_FB is showing off their explosiveness! And we got to train with our new toys the Reverse Hypers. Spring ball is right around the corner!

Weightroom Wednesday (Spring Break edition) The weightroom is closed this week, but our baseball team is working hard in Arizona. They are 2-1 after 2 days, have hit a couple of home runs and struck out 14 in 1 game. Here are a couple of heavy cleans for a single from last week

Weightroom Wednesday Good luck to all spring sports starting their competitive seasons this week. Our boys in 1st hour S&C have been busting their tails, this week is a deload to take it off them a bit. @SanditesBall @Sandite_Soccer @SanditeGolf @SanditeTRK_XC

Weightroom Wednesday These 3 ladies are @Sandite_Soccer players that I convinced to powerlift. Yesterday was regionals for powerlifting 2.5 hours away. They competed (Sophia on the left qualified for state) and then drove back separate for their soccer scrimmage. STUDS!!!!

Regional powerlifting 2026 was a success! 3 girls medaled and a total of 7 will go to state next week. It was a cool deal today, the picture of 4 girls all started as freshmen and went all 4 years, the first to do so in the program.

Weightroom Wednesday @SanditeVBall is a 1/4 of the way through their offseason and attacking the next cycle in the weightroom. These ladies are getting stronger everyday, July 15th can’t get here soon enough
