Home workout for the day: Pushups-50, walking lunges-25 each leg, sit-ups-50, body squats-50, moving Supermans- 50, Bicycle crunches-50, box jumps(use steps)-50. Do 2-3 rounds as fast as you can. Time yourself and try to beat it next Monday. Let’s go!!!

Ok students, Tasty 10 challenge. Post your time after you complete it today. 10 rounds of 100 yard run, 10 pushups, 10 sit-ups and 10 body squats. I just finished: 10:58. I know you can all beat that! Practice social distancing and be smart!! Be strong!

Scappoose athletes, look at Austin!!Putting in the time, embracing the hard things, getting better! He’s doing all this every day, often alone, b/c teammates are sleeping in! If all of our athletes embraced this mentality, we would be hard to beat!
