Today was a historic day. SB 1008 allowing a second look for juveniles passed on the senate floor. Our young people are our future and how we treat them determines that future for society!

I have had three great honorees this session already with me on the floor. One as an Honorary Page and two who won a place in this years Blue Book contest! Keep it up District 10!!

Today my dear friend was sworn in as Secretary of State. There is no one who deserves this more and I know she will serve with honor and strength.

Another day pushing for change in our justice systems! Juvenile Justice is shifting and needs us to step up! This issue is near and dear to my heart. I will continue to push for OR to do and be better.
