by 'old' i mean like 3-4 messages old on a conversation that has full context, was surprising to see that last days and yeah fully agree was referring more on tasks that just take time like fetching a bunch of data but after you have confirmed the logic and script works the more familiar you with a project of yours the more this feature could be useful i think still trying to become better at productivity as you adviced me the other day, is indeed the most time saving ritual going forward

define "old" each session has 0 context about what you did prior to it unless you feed it a plan or data you either keep summaries, or use something like linear to separate concerns and tasks on the "dispatch" feature - honestly if you just "let the agent go at it" and don't do iterations, where you check, test and improve, then you'll end up in a huge mess I highly recommend focused work, so you don't have to spend half the time debugging a mess

Tried Dispatch feature on Claude last night and gotta say was very good experience. It's not ready yet for complex tasks but once they add the ability to spawn from your projects it'll be great cuz saves you time from giving full context. I imagine myself in 1-2 months max going for long walks or coffee and having a 2nd phone & laptop to run most of workflows and just confirm stuff. While the main devices will be for new projects and utilizing local llms like Venice for the more sensitive data. That said would like Anthropic to focus on making Claude's performance more stable as last weeks i notice the LLM being dumber than me on things it shouldn't and forgetting context that's not even old. On a side note need to add CLI more on my workflows; Github and Vercel are standard for that but rn i have a difficulty to understand when you should use CLI for onchain stuff vs RPC. Need to clean my codebase this weekend and i'm too bored to do it lmao
