Another day has passed after being told my issue was being handled “on priority,” yet there is still no actual update on Ticket #1607686.
I understand that my funds are safe, but that is not the issue here. The issue is the continued restriction on my account and the absence of any concrete communication regarding:
• What exactly is pending
• Why this review is taking so long despite completed Level 2 KYC
• A realistic ETA for resolution
At this point, repeated generic responses without actionable information are becoming frustrating. Looking at the current support experience, I’m seriously starting to explore alternative platforms with more responsive customer support.

• What is the expected resolution timeline?

Right now, the entire broking industry is basically feeding off Zerodha’s existing client base, because fresh client additions have slowed down significantly.
This is only going to turn into another big marketing opportunity for other brokers to try and pull Zerodha users onto their own platforms.
