@ShadowGangs I just wanted to make a little suggestion, no idea if it's possible. Because the music rocks in any version of the game, it would be cool if you can show in a corner the name of the song at the beginning of each stage. Some TAITO and RAIZING games did it and I find it cool af 😁

@ShadowGangs Neo-Geo CD ver. with arranged music?

SGZ Neo Geo Game is in alpha state now, with no major blockers. The end Neo Geo cart will be 32MB Character rom, 3 or 4MB Prom (bankswitched), 256KB Mrom (full usage of all the Neo Geo music and sound chip), Vrom (sound data still not finalized). More than 300 Mbits Mega Shock 😄

@WhatzRllyGoinOn We'll see if we can put some protection on it. Pixel Heart will be making the carts, we'll see if there is a way. It's an important issue for sure.

@ShadowGangs I just get a bit turned off seeing this kind of stuff (pic below)☹️ Additionally, the cool-factor also goes up a bit when you know the official game won’t be ripped off by pirates the day after it’s release 😎

@WhatzRllyGoinOn We already offer the MD and Neo and DC as digital downloads. Piracy of for sure a big concern and is theft when sold for profit.

@ShadowGangs Understood. Is there anything you guys can do to increase the difficulty of folks pulling the rom from the cart and dumping it online? I like the idea of unique cart hardware inadvertently making piracy more difficult. Exmple: Paprium vs Earthion. One is on Etsy & one is not.

@YAN_COOL_MAG @WhatzRllyGoinOn Awesome :) We want the MD to give what it has inside without extra help. It counts too in the appreciation and enjoyment of the game, knowing the blast processing is activated 😂

@WhatzRllyGoinOn Tbh, I am against that. I want the music to come from the original Genesis hardware. We have already the music done for it and completed. The only extra SGZ will have on the Genesis is more rom space.

@ShadowGangs Can you guys use the audio-chipped Genesis / MD carts similar to Kai Magazine carts so we can get some high/end sound/music on the SEGA Genesis / MD physical release???

SGZ: Ninja Magic At a point, I thought no need for magic, was to cull it from SGZ. But it would have been a grave blasphemy after some thought😄 SGZ Now alpha and content complete. The polish and optimization phase for the Neo Geo (and all platforms by inheritance, will begin).
