A 2025 UCLA has shown that chewing gum releases hundreds to thousands of microplastics into your saliva per piece. I highly recommend you stop chewing plastic.

Every devotee deserves a proper and dignified darshan. How can some be treated as VIPs in God’s temple while the rest struggle like this. Many temples in India have well managed systems for smooth darshan. Such systems should be implemented across the country. Most importantly, VIP darshan culture needs to be ended immediately. Fake paneer seized. Fake paneer seized. Fake paneer seized. Fake paneer seized. Fake paneer seized. Every single day the same news. I am tired. I am angry. Today more than 3000 kg of adulterated paneer was seized in Hyderabad from multiple dairies. This is not a mistake, this is a business model. People are being fed poison in the name of food and no one is scared of the system. I am still warning you, stop trusting FSSAI blindly. They look completely useless. No proper team, no control, no fear. The government should shutdown the FSSAI department.
