Complete implosion from Arkansas in the 5th. You have a line drive to right that should’ve made it a one on, one out situation in a 1-1 game. Instead, it gets by and gives up the lead. Auburn jumped all over Cole Gibler, for four hits, and it’s now a 7-1 game. Steele Eaves in.

This isn't any midweek arm, he shut down one of the most potent offenses in Georgia Tech a few weeks ago. Your ace + No. 1 bullpen arm giving up 8 runs is an insurmountable problem though.

@ShowGFO You’d be surprised at how many ppl bitch about every single player on the roster, including Robinett. And I don’t think anyone is arguing that he should be in every day no matter what if he doesn’t produce. Same for any of these guys - Souza, Pompey, Stewart, etc

@EllisAndrew_ Sorry, I wasn’t saying you were giving a free pass, but it seems like the fanbase is in general. Reese has had very little impact, especially playing a position where you need to produce offensively

@ShowGFO Nobody is getting a ‘free pass’ from criticism, nor did I say that at all lol. He’ll need to get it going a little bit to lock in his spot in the lineup. Being left handed + having a real positive impact defensively will help him this weekend though against 3 righties
