@Shprungle @saltydkdan My point was listed in my original post. There are ways to shake it up. Throwing tournaments, multi man matches, tag matches, do a Battle Zone where every match is a rank up. Don’t market the game around a premise you’re going to skip over.

GameFreak made jpeg buildings in pokemon legends ZA, and that was for sure cus of tech and talent limitations, BUT, if you go to Europe city centers, many buildings also have fake jpegs plastered on them. Not just Madrid like below. ALL of them. It's unintentionally realistic 😂

@Shprungle it is based on the hardware. sometimes there are hiccups in a game loading information this should have been tested but i also understand some bugs get by

a little back ground this is due to the game not loading an area fast enough why a fast moving character doesnt give it enough time to load. this can tie into hardware but this can also be do to small render area meaning they dont give the character enough draw distance

Doing all the ranks would amount to far more repeated trainer fights than all the gyms in 1 pokémon game, it’d get hella old especially considering the other games had other mandatory things to do between gyms and this hardly has anything between ranks

@PSYKEYstr seeing that tweet now has me know exactly how this tweet feels… because i genuinely believe pokemon going towards cell shaded stylized graphics would look a lot nicer for the games environment and models than going for semi-realistic textures but ai ain’t the way to show that
