SPs - here at SimMK we really value the opportunity to work with professional actors for large events and regional training days. The entire sim team also act regularly. Here is sim educator Sian ODP - winning this months Sim Oscar for her portrayal of a patient for GP trainees.

In situ team training on ICU - intubated patient with severe bronchospasm

SimMK on ICU. We ran two simulation scenarios, “Fire Evacuation” which staff had to package and transport a ventilated & awake patients to the designated holding area which was Theatre Recovery.

We welcomed 63 educators from the USA this week. They learnt about apprenticeships in the NHS and enjoyed their sim centre tour. Thanks to The Centre For Tutorial Teaching in Oxford for arranging the visit.
