@Henry_Braganza You can have any number of machines accessible via your SimpleHelp server, or any number of technicians using it. We only limit the number of sessions that can happen at the same time.

@Henry_Braganza Thanks for your interest Henry! A session is any connection between a technician and a remote computer. A 5 session license allows: •One technician to connect to 5 remote machines at the same time. •Five technicians to each connect to 1 remote machine at the same time.

Looking for options to replace @ScreenConnect @ConnectWise with. I've had a good run with SC but instability for the last 5 months has been an issue. @SimpleHelpLtd looks promising. Anyone have suggestions? #itsupport
