USA PHANNIES!! I emailed Ticketmaster explaining how I meant to buy different seats, AND THEY PROCESSED MY REFUND!! It’s worth it to send an email! What I did was open a chat on the Ticketmaster app about these tickets, followed the prompt, and then they sent this today.

i feel awful bc i feel like im the only person who didn’t have any issues getting my tickets. i joined the queue 7 minutes before the sale and was 55th in line. i’m so sad for all the phannies who’s opportunities got crushed.

Can we all just say how BAD this sale was. This was an absolute joke. Me and multiple other people were on the site WAY before and the management of the tickets was just poor. The venues are far too small, the tickets were saying available when they weren't.
