@SnareStyle There was a story a few months back where I think it was a group of young black kids like 8-10 who literally scalped a little girl. There was another of some preteens who gang raped a girl and shoved rocks into her mouth to stop her from screaming.

@SnareStyle Black on black homicide is around 10k per year. White on white is about 2.6k. You might know suburban black people or the normal people in the ghetto. You might be in a relatively peaceful area. It's not going to be everywhere but it's enough people that it's very dangerous.

@SnareStyle There is something in the ghetto black culture that is broken that didn't exist 25 years ago. Drill music for example has done untold amount of damage to the youth because it's a culture that promotes the worst aspects of gang culture and ghetto culture. Hoe culture is also huge.

@SnareStyle The problem is the overwhelming amount in-relation to the population. It happens in all races, it happens a lot more in black communities though. And it's not poverty, it's not circumstance, it's not education, it's not funding, it's not community. It's culture.
