The ISF has updated its Socca Penalty rule for 2026 The time window for the attacking player has been extended from 10 to 20 seconds to reduce confusion in noisy stadiums and improve clarity. ⚽️ The change helps ensure penalties are decided when the ball is clearly out of play.
