And then he made a video on the whole thing acting like the hero of the destiny community and called out the writers by name ensuring they would receive even more harassment and said that the only reason the lead female writer got the job was because of Nepotism?? The result being he made it that much harder for people to have actual conversations with Bungie writers? And then threw an massive tantrum all over twitter and youtube because HE THE DARK SIDE ROYALTY didnt get invited to a Bungie summit? Hey Remember the time the design lead of destiny 2 came out and said no Twilight Garrison doods, and then got sent such an insane amount of harassment and death threats that he had to delete his twitter account and Joker made a video about it basically telling the design lead, welcome to the internet maybe grow a pair!! BUT HEY GUYS!!! guys listen!! dooooooont go to reddit or twitter and harass *names design lead* thats wrooooooong guys dooont do that! I think the biggest thing that annoys me about Joker is that for the past 10 years he's acted like the villain Destiny deserves. @DSR_Joker @jingelhymer The great 'Folk Your Lore' incident is one of those many incidents where Bungie screwed up fans talked about it nicely then somehow got told they were harassing. I remember the thing you're talking about and it needed to be addressed so I'm happy you did.

@Sol_Bytes @jingelhymer Yeah, I've never talked about the other lore channels being involved behind the summit thing because I was asked not to, but I'm kind of fucking done, with that being used against me when I was asked to speak out, because no one else could or risk losing access.

The #DestinyRising Update is almost great. The character and new challenge systems are great if that's all you ever want to play ever. However it still suffers from the problems of characters being a pain point and other leveling pain points. Hasn't won me back.

@TheARCcentral I don't take his word anywhere near seriously after his absolute shilling for Marathon. He doesn't fall into the average everyday player as well so his view on the update means very little.

@HaloNoSprint @DSR_Joker @JaySage756 I mean we have more and more changing the game. I would say Extraction started has hardcore but we've had multiple takes on the type of Hardcore or Casual throughout them. Like my current addiction Forever Winter it has a level for both even just being PvE.

So although extraction shooters by design are not designed for casuals (just factual) Arc implemented agression based matchmaking which has enabled casuals to be able to play in a friendly way. Even so, that pretty much goes against extraction norms

Okay that’s great. Now let’s look at the sales… and player numbers. Oh people are choosing to ether not engage with Marathon or quit. Question how do you fix players churn? How do you get new players? Because you absolutely need them for the game to survive.

@jingelhymer I was unaware at the time who these people were, because I don't follow every creator in the world. The most I know at the time is that one dude played Skull and Bones a lot and had a beef with the other dude.

I swear its like every year I get flashbanged on twitter by Lono no matter how many accounts I mute. Same with joker. Not surprised they're both affiliated with each other. I've never played an extraction shooter. Marathon is my first. It took me like...2 matches to figure out that the contracts basically teach you how to play marathon and extraction shooters in general. (Rouge lite with PvP) and the story as well. The menu did take me a while to get used to though ill give you that. That being said in terms of complexity I'd put it up there with learning how to use the U.I in like Minecraft for the first time. The thing that should get *casual* gamers excited to play more is the rougelite loop. If you enjoy the loop then you'll keep playing. If you keep playing you'll get better, if you get better you'll get better loot. Rinse repeat doods. At least thats what's hooked me.

@Riftwalkergame 1. The shadows in 2 look more reflective making it seem more like it's raining over it's just a shadow imo.
