This @SonderHelp property has got to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my 20+ years of business travel. It’s very dark, and the room only has a hallway view so don’t get any real light. It also smells like really old cigarette smoke in the entire place.

@SonderHelp DON'T ever book w/them. They aren't honest. You may lose ur wallet. They took over 660.00 from me for a cancelled 2 night stay. Cancelled a week in advance. W/Insurance,They played blame game! They refused 2 refund me back my $$. Then booked same room, same nights, 4 more $$!

@SonderHelp I've sent three tweets and called a dozen times asking for help from your team. I've received nothing. Are you...still a business? Are you trying to be in 12 months time? I can't for the life of me understand how you think your guest services function is adequate.

I’ll never book with @SonderHelp again. Customer service lacks the necessary empathy to be customer centered and their cancellation policy as well as their rescheduling policy is ridiculous

@Sonderhelp Struggling with your "help" for an urgent issue at your Callisto location in Washington, DC. Your manager not on site, your help line is a Phillipines based outsourced service. Sent email and told I can expect a reply in up 72 hours (!). Yikes.
