This @SonderHelp property has got to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my 20+ years of business travel. It’s very dark, and the room only has a hallway view so don’t get any real light. It also smells like really old cigarette smoke in the entire place.

Differently abled on a mission!
@SonderHelp DON'T ever book w/them. They aren't honest. You may lose ur wallet. They took over 660.00 from me for a cancelled 2 night stay. Cancelled a week in advance. W/Insurance,They played blame game! They refused 2 refund me back my $$. Then booked same room, same nights, 4 more $$!

Our hotel @SonderStays just canceled our hotel room with no warning! My wife & I paid for the room last October to go see THE ECLIPSE in Dallas. My wife, mother-in-law, & my wife's aunt all bought expensive plane tickets. @sonderhelp has been NO HELP. @NBCDFW @CBSNewsTexas @FOX4

@Sonderhelp Struggling with your "help" for an urgent issue at your Callisto location in Washington, DC. Your manager not on site, your help line is a Phillipines based outsourced service. Sent email and told I can expect a reply in up 72 hours (!). Yikes.
