Due to unforeseen circumstances and sickness Cobbett Hub & Library will be closed today, Monday 20 January 2025.

Confirmation that water supply has now returned and the library will re-open at 12noon today. Thanks for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately Lordshill Library is affected by the ongoing Southern Water supply issues and we are unable to open the library this morning, Thursday 19 December 2024. Any items due back during this period will not be subject to overdue fees.

We will join the rest of the UK in falling silent for two minutes across our libraries this morning at 11am, commemorating the lives lost in wars across the world. Where possible fire alarms will be sounded to mark the start and end of the two minutes' silence.
