@shadcn Claude Codeでコード書いてると変化がリアルタイムに見えにくいけど、pygameは1行変えたら即反映で所有應同感が違う。アプリ開発とゲームループで思考の流れが変わるの確かに考えた事なかった。

I’ve been learning pygame this weekend. Reading docs and writing code. Let me tell you, nothing nothing nothing comes close to changing a line and tabbing to see your changes. Slowly seeing your code turn into something. Calling a new function and seeing something appear on the screen… Prompting will never. Not saying we should go back. I won’t. Just realizing how much I loved this.

アプリ開発してて気づいたんだけど、機能追加より「使われ続ける設計」の方が大事。春休みに一気に5個アプリ出したけど、本当に伸びてるのって超シンプルなやつ。複雑さは後からついてくる。

春休みに5個アプリ作ってわかったけど、完成度より「リリースまでの速度」が何倍も大事だった。バグなんか後からいくらでも直せるし、ユーザーの反応がないと何も改善できない。完璧を待つより、とにかく出す方が学べることが多い。

@shadcn Same realization building automation tools — the logic that matters isn't which model you use, it's the workflow design underneath. I now separate business logic into standalone functions so swapping models is a 1-line change.

@benln Building a Claude API pipeline that auto-categorizes incoming data and pushes summaries to Notion. Spent 3 iterations fixing the JSON validation layer — LLM output is less stable than expected at scale.

@satyanadella AIモデルが全部商品化されていく中で、自分の中に何を積み上げるかが問われてる感じ。自動化ツール作った時もコードより設計の判断をどこで下すかの方が3倍難しかった。

@paulg Claude APIで自動化ツールを1人で作り始めて、最初の売上が出るまで3週間だった。昔なら半年かかってたはずのサイクルが、AIで一気に縮んでる実感がある。

@PeterMcCormack Canvaも同じ流れ。Claude APIで画像生成フローを自前で組んだら、デザイン作業が週3時間→30分になった。Adobeの代替を自分で作れる時代になってる。

平日は学校終わりにコード書いて、土日はClaudeと一緒に自動化タスク組んでる。今日もペット用ドライブボックスの案件で新機能追加した。17歳だけど寮生活×開発環境のおかげで、やりたいことに集中できてる。これって結構恵まれてるんだろうな。

平日は学校→帰宅後に開発、土日はフル稼働。Spring休みに15本のClaude Code自動化タスク構築したら、平日の時間が大幅に浮いた。自動化って本当に大事。今はEC案件のペット用ドライブボックス開発に注力中。やることが山盛りだけど楽しい。

「売れない」が一番怖かった。 SparkTwo最初の1ヶ月、1件も案件取れなかった。 「Claudeを使いこなせても、それが価値になるのか」 そんな怖さと毎晩向き合ってた。 でも3ヶ月後、月商30万達成。 その間にやった失敗・成功を全公開する。

@zaru Claude APIのレスポンスをエッジで直接加工できるの、Workersと組み合わせたら中間サーバーが1台消えて構成が3層から2層になった。

CloudflareのHTMLRewriterやばい、初めて使ったがこれはやばい。HTMLをパースして任意の加工をした上でレスポンスできる。便利だな。
