I'm am hopeful to get this resolved some way or another. Apparently no one has been checking their email or VMs that I was told to contact for further assistance.

Just a warning to all the crypto heads, when @SpendCard has an error, @SpendSupport will lock you out of their live chat. They offer a generic 24-48 hour BUSINESS hour time frame with NO updates. The have NO phone number and they do NOT let you know what their business hours are.

24hrs, 48hrs and for an update. I have been told they forwarded I to the "team" to get fixed and notify my by email. It's been 3 weeks, times up. Maybe @Spendcom or @SpendSupport will help me get my funds withdrawn into a better crypto with better customer service. See attached

For anyone in #crypto I highly advise not using the @Spendchain wallet. It worked great in 2019. It is a dumpster fire that hold your funds hostage. No transfers, no swaps to capture gains. I turned to twitterverse to warn those thinking of using it. So far I have been told to

@SpendSupport I sent $104 BCH yesterday. 45 confirmations on a successful send. Still funds not showing up. How many confirmations does SPEND need?

@spiritedjewel Daina, as we have mentioned, you can still withdraw your DASH that is within your Spend wallet. Please just utilize the withdraw functionality.

@SpendSupport DASH still locked up! This is message I got ...the app will not let me move my DASH to my other wallet!

@spiritedjewel Just as an additional solution, you can always withdraw in $DASH units by toggling between fiat amount or unit amount from the withdrawal screen.

@SpendSupport This is Spend's price of DASH today this has been refreshed. You can see my amount. DASH today is over $300. The app says my amount is too small to send out :( get it?

@spiritedjewel Daina, you can move your $DASH at any point. The amount of $DASH you have doesn't change based on the estimated value shown.

@SpendSupport I sent all the info of my tx last night and please update the current price of Dash so I can move it to another wallet. The BCH wallet is still empty...I am getting very worried.
