This guy has become Public Enemy number 1. He claimed his signature on the resignation letter was forged. He resigned in July 2025 and his letter was forwarded and ratified by INEC in the same 2025. Throughout 2025 when ADC was still struggling to build the party, he never raised any alarm that he didn't resign. He never conducted any meetings or handled anything relating to the party affairs. He has been captured in photographs with the leadership of ADC in various fora participating in moves to convince Nigerians to consider it as an alternative platform to the ruling party as per what he promised in his resignation letter. Immediately the ruling party saw that the ADC was becoming a threat to its chances in the next year's election, he was dug out to cause confusion and throw Nigerians into another state of psychological trauma. This is a nonentity who couldn't grow the party in his capacity as one of the Vice Chairmen of the ADC from the Northeast. Why is it so easy for some Nigerians to be bought and used to truncate the collective wishes of their fellow citizens? This is so unfortunate Wallahi.😢😢😢 #HU🇳🇬

ADC crisis: ‘INEC misinterpreted court order’ — Femi Falana By Lawrence Agbo Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana, has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of misinterpreting a court order in the ongoing leadership crisis within the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Falana made the remarks during the 5th Comrade Yinka Odumakin Memorial Lecture held in Lagos, where he criticised the electoral body’s reliance on the legal doctrine of “status quo ante bellum.” According to him, the term simply means a return to the situation before the dispute began, questioning INEC’s interpretation of the court directive. Falana further expressed concern over what he described as growing fears of a one-party state, blaming both the judiciary and senior lawyers for enabling such a perception. “When we complain that APC is trying to turn Nigeria into a one-party state, the court and senior lawyers are to blame,” he added.
