Any voltage difference across a low-resistance connection leads to very high current and unsafe conditions. 1. Same voltage: No potential difference → no current → nothing happens. 2. Small difference: Small ΔV → large current → heating/sparks. 3. Different phases: High ΔV → huge current → short circuit. 4. Backfeeding: Uncontrolled current between sources → dangerous.

@sciencegirl X wins: X empties first because it doesn't slow down as much. Height = Speed: More water height pushes water out faster. Y slows down: Y's height drops quickly, so its flow gets weak. X stays fast: X keeps its height longer, so it keeps its speed.

The Secretary bird is a large, ground-hunting raptor native to sub-Saharan Africa. It is known for its long legs and powerful kicks, used to kill snakes and small animals. Unlike most birds of prey, it spends much of its time walking across open grasslands rather than flying.
