Our final team award is for Team of the Year: Outstanding Commitment to Sustainability/Green Care, and we welcome Nicky Phillpott, Deputy Director at @GreenerNHS, on stage to announce the nominees. #AndTheWinnerIs... Telford and Wrekin Community Mental Health Service Depot Clinic from @MPFTNHS. The judges said “This project successfully improved the timeliness of medication delivery to patients, preventing periods without necessary medication and reducing the risk of relapse due to treatment delays and potentially reducing the need for outpatient appointments and hospital admission. Patients have been empowered by enabling them to collect prescriptions at a pharmacy of their choice. The changes have been permanently embedded into the team, with a maintained ‘Plan Do Study Act’ style of making changes.” #RCPsychAwards
