Please try the following steps: • Go to Settings → Export Data and save the file • Delete the app • Restart your device • Reinstall from the Play Store: • Complete onboarding (don’t sync with Google Fit) • Go to Settings → Import Data and select your saved file • Log in again and check if the issue is resolved You can repeat these steps if needed. @StepsAppTeam My app simply stopped counting my steps! I don't know what happened... I even restarted it, but it didn't help. My tracking is turned on and the app is even connected to Google Fit. I don't want to abandon this app, but I can't stop counting my steps!

@StepsAppTeam with my son I’m using the leaderboard to check our steps, every so often I cannot see any steps from him when there was data before. We’ve re-set things 3 times and lose all data that was there from before. I attach screenshots below showing the total reset to 0
