I always reccomend Grief the Thing with Feathers by Max Porter to grown ups 🪶 but for my little people in school my go to book is always Look Up by @NathanBryon and @DapsDraws 🚀 My class is reception but I also run our Reading Retreat for EYFS and KS1. 🌳

Just did a full rehearsal of Snowy White The Musical with the whole of reception, on a hot sunny day, after lunch, on a Monday, while they were all dressed up as fairytale characters. If I can make it work in those circumstances, I know it works. I have notes but yes, it works!
