I watched this ad video of @lenskart several times as it's being shared by many following their discriminatory grooming guidelines. This being a pongal ad, I have few questions for them ▪️ Which area in Tamilnadu wear such clothing on Pongal ? ▪️ Why the platter has dates, it's not an iftaar platter ? ▪️ Who the hell eats jasmine flowers ? ▪️ Who eats raw bananas ? ▪️ Is this not mocking of Hindu festival and rituals ? ▪️ Is this not a derogatory ad for Tamil people and their cultural practices ? I'm not Tamil, but being a Hindu, such mocking stands totally unacceptable. Hope @lenskart takes action instead of blocking.
