I've had some folks pass this along, and I wanted to share what I've found. Leon Hayes, 45, died in Hiwanee, MS (in Wayne County) early in Jan 2021. The Wayne County News reported then that law enforcement found his body "decapitated" in his yard with "an aggressive dog" nearby.
