I booked a @TravelodgeUK room for the past weekend. I used their choose your room for the first time. I go and check in and find out my room had been given away as they'd taken my reservation off it. I have been refunded but shan't be using that service again,waste of time

@TravelodgeUK Who should a customer call in an emergency?! My husband is staying at Glastonbury and the keycard wouldn’t open the door to the room, where his medication, keys etc were. Receptionist unable to help. Manager on holiday! Has now gained access but very scary.

DO NOT book anything with @TravelodgeUK The staff on the phone are rude, the online support agents are just as rude and I have never been so disappointed and so aggravated by a company in my life. Was told I’d get a phone call…. Guess what no phone. Response?

@TravelodgeUK just booked saver room at “Kendal” rather than “Kendal Town”. Realised my mistake immediately, called up, filled out the form to be told it’s my own fault & cannot change. Don’t drive so Kendal is completely unsuitable. Are you really this inflexible?

@TravelodgeUK Hi, I have made a booking today for a room, but had an error message whilst booking and now I have been charged for two bookings under the same name and charged twice the amount. Tried cancelling but it's a saver rate, so not got a refund. But it was not my mistake.

Poor service @TravelodgeUK Been trying to get help regarding a booking for tonight for hours as broken down and unable to amend as happened after 12pm. Spoke to an advisor who said contact customer service but no advisors available and app down for maintenance!
