Our food system is making us sick, but, according to @FAO, encouraging dietary shifts through different policy levers has the potential to address health AND environmental hidden costs.

Today is Food, Agriculture and Water day at #COP29Baku. @FAO’s #SOFA2024 report revealed that our agrifood system costs us almost $12 trillion each year.
