4 years ago today Craig Lynch took the TLG 100m title in Waterford. He will always be a big part of the race meet and Irish athletics and we will be back next year to let everyone #justrace 💪🏻

Isolated beach races are the new wind sprints meets. Keep training wherever you are as best as possible. The race meets will return soon but for now do your bit to stop the spread and flatten the curve 💪🏻

First @TLeGaoithe, then @LeevaleAC, then @lecheileintl and now Galway County Board will run a wind sprint race as part of their county championships this Thursday in Galway. 100m and 100H/110H on the timetable.

Solid squad season opener in @TLeGaoithe on Saturday for 9 of the crew. 19 races between them, 3 wins and 2 PBs (@PeppardPaul 22.93 and @sophiebecker_ 11.90, 11.78w). Pretty decent sandwiches and tea as well.
