At some point, the mayor has to be held accountable, no?
He doesn’t talk because he knows no one will follow up or care enough to force the issue. The local media won’t pressure him and the citizens aren’t engaged. He’s an embarrassment and the whole city should be embarrassed.

I've noticed the same. Downtown, a bunch have been parked neatly parallel to bike racks. No issues with sidewalk obstruction that I've encountered or seen.

Is #CLE an emergent model for scooter 🛴 placement protocol? Notable exceptions will no doubt roll in, but scooter etiquette seems better out of the gates in #CLE than places elsewhere. Flock of contrarians will drop in on this argument but maintenance of sidewalk ROW clear here.
