@TPG_Telecom what a absolutely horrific experience. Two engineer visits, 14 phone calls and counting. To then be hung up on by an operator. Promised twice in 3 days I would receive a call back from an engineer which I didn’t receive. Sort your sh1t out #TPG #Australia #TPGTelecom

@TPG_Telecom any chance of help? Just trying for a simple plan change. Your portal says i have to call. I spend an hour on the phone with 2 different agents - only to be told the privacy team has to contact me. I wake up to more ID emails from them. This is beyond frustrating!

Hey @TPG_Telecom I happened to land on your pricing pages again recently. I am a long term customer with internet and mobiles with you. I like many just had mobile price increase and internet fee increase. It makes me so sad to see new customers and the cheaper plans they have.
