I really think most of the TTCs ridership atrophy could just be explained by the decline in service quality on the subway and streetcar, which a large quantity of bus passengers connect to.

I haven't seen Daniel Tate ranting about the traffic agents (I muted his account lol so that's by design) but everytime I take transit down King, and the traffic agents aren't there, and drivers just do their own thing, they're always just doing this shit

This is good, but the TTC really needs to make regularly asking "could this be faster" part of regular operating practice.
