Our @EngRugbySchools @EnglandRugby secondary school teachers’ contact rugby course took place today @NewportSalopRFC. 10 teachers from across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin attended. We are looking forward to the attending schools launching their new rugby programmes.

16 schools participated in our KS2 Sportsability Football Festival hosted by @telfordutd as part of @BarclaysFooty @YouthSportTrust funded programme. Students of @accesssportcoll at Telford ran well planned sessions to ensure participants had a fun learning experience.

Big thanks to @NewportSalopRFC for hosting and providing coaches for our KS3 Boys Rugby 🏉 Development session fully supported by @EngRugT1Rugby @RFU & @ContiUK yesterday. It was great to see so many students from @BBSPE and @HLCPE participating.

This week we launched T1 @EnglandRugby @EngRugT1Rugby with 6 local secondary schools at a Year 7 Girls’ event @TelfColl_Sport. The #T1RugbySeries was planned and delivered by our amazing Rugby Young Ambassadors. @YouthSportTrust

34 teaching staff attended our @RFU @EnglandRugby primary schools course @WrekinCol yesterday. All attending schools received an equipment package to help introduce T1 Rugby to their pupils. We look forward to seeing T1 launched in our schools. @EngRugT1Rugby
