@doctor_dru_ Dru it’s been a long time!I agonised over the decision &ended up getting career coaching through my f2 deanery. It was ++helpful for working out what I enjoyed (patients, outpatients, academics) and things I didn’t enjoy (procedures lol). I turned down an ophth number after it!

@LeylsTurk I only started getting more than a few hours with no food when I got home, melatonin, eye mask and ear plugs. I tried to eat about 6am at work instead and then home straight to bed.

I’m determined to improve my sleep between night shifts. Currently get around 3-4 hours MAX and so by the end of a run, I am on my knees. What are your top tips?
