We need to be explicit with students on how to use technology and use it as a tool, not let it become a replacement for good teaching practices. To use an analogy, if I gave 10 people woodworking tools, said build a table, some would be successful...and some would fail dismally.

All of these influences are wonderful, but based on your students, implement those that will have the greatest impact based on your students. Implement one influential strategy at a time, soon teachers will have a wonderful toolbox!

My wife’s district went full remote w/ 12 hrs notice. I asked her what she needs to teach from home & this is the result. Imagine the frustration of a teacher who didn’t know how to hook all this up or have this stuff laying around? She’s suppose to teach virtual for 6 hours!
