It’s not AI.
It’s just how a lot of 3D animation gets made when time and money are tight.
Here’s the simple breakdown.
First, that dead camera.
The shots stay completely locked with zero gentle moves or breathing.
Real cameras and top animation have a little life in them.
This feels stuck in place.
Next, the jungle is totally frozen.
No leaves moving, no background action, nothing.
Good studios add tiny bits of wind and life everywhere. Here it’s like a still background image.
Then the birds. When one speaks, the others freeze in stiff poses.
That’s limited animation.
They only move what’s needed to save time. It works for budget but kills the group vibe.
These choices are normal for fast Netflix 3D stuff. It’s cheaper and quicker than Pixar level work.
The extra soul like overlapping motions and lively worlds takes way more months.
Once you notice this stuff you see it in tons of shows.
And you appreciate the ones that do add that breathing feeling.
Animation is all about tricking you into thinking everything is alive.
That’s why this one feels off.

I've seen a lot of people condemning capcom on my timeline recently, and I want to say a few words. On the matter of the suspected AI usage on Diana's vtuber model, please remember that game companies/developers aren't always in charge of marketing, and teams can often be huge. It is possible that someone along the chain of production used an AI filter without proper approval.
Pragmata is an excellent game, and Capcom has done an amazing job. They also have no history of using AI as far as I am aware. Let's not do the internet thing of assuming malice immediately, based on nothing.

call me crazy but there is no way this is a live2d model... specifically look at the eyes and mouth. it looks like a realtime ai filter based on the thumbnail illustration & being 'piloted' by the VA :( if this is the case, this is both scary and disappointing TT

Seems nobody is pointing out the fact that cutscenes in Far Cry games are unskippable so whatever this guy is saying is total bullshit, nothing personal but he probably never played a Far Cry game before

Noah Hawley says his ‘FAR CRY’ series won’t be adapting any of the games as he thinks audiences skip the story cutscenes in those games. “When you play a video game, you only really move forward through the gameplay section, and then you have these cut scenes that you can skip, so when you go to adapt those games you have to be aware that makes the human drama kind of irrelevant to the storyline.” (Source: Deadline)
