@MattHDGamer 7 months, can't pack a player over 90 in entire FUT birthday promo while playing against squads with multiple 91 92 rated meta players. Year after year playing with mediocre players living on SBC / evo squad. Plus the high level of AI support to noobs. 25 SH 1GL vs 4 SH 3GL.

Looking at this FIFA. What has gone wrong for EA? I see more and more people stop playing every day, is it the power curve? Is it the gameplay? Too many promo’s? What do you make of FC 26 this year?

Btw it's insane how different gameplay can be accross modes to this day especially during certain parts of the day. Champs this weekend was unplayable didn;t matter the hour, rivals was more playable. Festival friendly mode this morning was the best. So stupid. Let;s make pitch notes finally acknowledging it, and then still do fuck all about inconsistent gameplay.

@TEDDY127_ Playing FUT champs 25 shots 1 goal 4 shots 3 goals Using 3 FUT birthday attackers + Pina all with Finesse, Low Driven playstyles. DDA is the only thing that retains noobs. No one wants to be a noob and beaten day in day out. Scripting/DDA in several forms is real.

I can’t tell if this is a legit person or a troll 😂 I promise you if you believe in DDA just watch your games back. It is most likely you, not the game.

@EASPORTSFC What’s the point of a promo and high value SBCs when all you get in packs is gold trash and repetitive 87-88 promo cards.

@FUT_Yapper I call it the new tackle assist. The ball bounces off my Huijsen with Intercept+ Anticipate bruiser jockey+. Ping balls to opponent twice in 93rd minute of 1min stoppage time. This tackle assist is now almost every game.

@NepentheZ From 6-0 fast gameplay went to 6-4 ultra slow immobile gameplay. Players literally hiding behind opponents. When I left controller in one game, opponents AI marked each and every player and every movement. Even his Salah RM tracking my LM 100%. For sure EA manipulates results.

How many wins did you get in champs this weekend? I'm 3 games in and not sure I can be bothered to finish the games. The Division 2 has final evening of 5x XP Event!

@Coach_Venny As long as you can finesse from edge of the box, the game is a skillless noobfest. As long as AI defending gap exists, the game is even bigger noobfest.

Patch thoughts 📝 Looking at what other people are saying about the patch, this isn’t going to be a very popular opinion. The game is in a better spot & now takes more skill … previously we played a game where you can spam pass and triggers with no thought/ sense and fling a ball without setting up your body correctly. Even though triggering and through ball is still an important part of the game (There’s logic when things work and don’t due to positioning and timings (majority of the time)) You actually have to think in attack and use your timings and the opponents against themselves rather than spamming inputs and hope the through ball glitches through. Why aren’t people enjoying it? It’s the same thing as always it’s different no one likes change these days. But I can also say there clearly a lack ‘smoothness’, this can be multiple things: 1. Server are shit 2. Left stick dribble feels a little heavier 3. Tiki taka/ tiki taka + was extremely assisted. 4. The game is overall slower due to ball speed for passes now slow down (like it should) - how to counter? Pinged pass ps is now more important due to this but also first touch to compliment the pass. 5. Finesse might be broke sometimes but no way as bad as the finesse bug from before. Maybe some tips what can help: 1. Still play how you was with the triggering and timings but let things develop/ bait the players running and take space through dribbling 2. Slow your game down a little not much just a tad you will notice a big difference. 3. I noticed defensively if I stepped wrong or was over aggressive you will get punished because every player can play every type of pass - try not over step. 4. Be open to adapting and change. 5. Use your opponent against themselves when setting up triggers and attacking force your opponent to have to make multiple decisions and from there response you respond by the counter or his movement. *Please patch team press for defending these bums can’t defend and get away with it as they can just press up and left on the dpad* #FC26

Don't know what EA have done with this latest patch but game feels really weird. Inconsistent actions, passes flying everywhere, tackling inputs failing to work, players stumbling around etc. Maybe the servers are just extra fried rn?

@deyxo__ It's good but only 10% cards are usable. Rest won't go in existing squad even with custom PSs. It's good if you pack 91+ else it's just a turd promo.

Honest thoughts on FBD promo -wish cards stayed tradeable (be v interesting) -all ps+ should be free like the greys are (just tedious) -some stats should be higher -sbc should be max 90, not 89 HOWEVER: very good concept love the customisability + options possible. fun promo

@Huge_Gorilla Yup left stick is too slow. Pina moves like a 75 rated silver CB. Most frustrating is how my tackles near own box turn into an assist for opponent. That's quite unreal garbage that I am experiencing often.

Surely I can't be the only 1 thinking that the 'Overall' game post patch feels loose and sluggish? Specifically left sticking turning, it's so bad...?? But I'm not seeing anyone say anything, please say it's not just me 😭😭
