Does anyone know the best database for getting high resolution chlorophyll data? (also after associated biotic data) Specifically looking for data between 2019-2021 across the west coast of the U.S.

🚨Belated life update🚨 I have started a postdoc position in the Pespeni lab at the University of Vermont! This time I’ll be researching sea urchin population genetics, looking at genotype to phenotype effects across multiple stressors! 🇺🇸🍁🌊 #GoCatamounts

Does anyone have a link to a decent RNAseq tutorial using the tuxedo pipeline? I’ve previously used Trinity, but using a ZF reference genome, Tuxedo is probably more suitable
