I have watched these high school and college kids do their thing. I have talked with some of them. I have seen their work. Traditional media needs to come to grips with reality. They're not going away. You either hire them or you're going to have to compete with them.

Such a waste of space when there are so many energetic and talented content creators out there who can further promote March Madness. We're not living in 1990 anymore. Feel free to be flexible.

If traditional media circa 2026 chooses to not send a photographer or videographer as a cost-cutting measure, why deny someone else ... especially those willing to foot their own bill?

Sad & disappointing to see the number of empty photo boxes on the March Madness baselines - for both MBB & WBB. Space that could go to more School & Conference Creatives to showcase & further showcase the moment. Especially from a cinematic video perspective.
