There’s something I’ve come to realize after spending time with InterLink — not everyone who joins manages to hold on to their original self. Many people come to InterLink with almost nothing. No connections, no reputation, sometimes not even a clear sense of direction. But this environment opens up opportunities — a broad ecosystem where anyone can try, fail, learn, and grow. InterLink doesn’t promise instant success. What it offers is something more valuable — a level playing field, where if you are truly committed, you can find your place. And in reality, some people have done exactly that. They started from small sharing sessions, livestreams with barely any viewers, and days of patiently building communities step by step. Over time, they gained recognition, a voice, and influence. But this is also where I began to notice a shift. As attention grows, some people gradually forget why they started in the first place. They no longer speak about core values or put the community at the center. Instead, their decisions become more personal, and their actions slowly drift away from InterLink’s original spirit. It’s not that they are entirely wrong. But clearly, a gap begins to form — between who they were at the beginning and who they have become.
