5) diet (pt 2) i eat approximately 900 calories a day and focus heavily on protein and try to keep my carbs to a minimum. i also have a banana and unsweetened greek yogurt in the morning for potassium and eat a fish/chicken with veg and some rice for dinner on a typical day
