@SpinoAxol Thats what I always imagined too. Honestly I thought thats just what happens to bodies after prolonged exposure to the mold (mostly because of the one corpse tagt was found by the researchers covered in the stuff).

@Lolbitwantstodi the knowledge that something is there , standing in plain sight, blending in with the trees causes the mind to actively try and find it among them. You start seeing shapes and figures of things that aren't there. I'm so glad everyone seems to like this post :]

saw someone in the comments not notice slenderman himself, but instead say that the trees look like people and that is just a killer idea you never see slenderman himself until its too late, you just see imprints of his form on his domain
