USAID was dismantled in the most callous, senseless, and deadly way imaginable.
It was less than 1% of the budget, but its destruction is the deadliest thing Trump will do

It was stuff like locking warehouses of medicines the US had ALREADY paid for. Discharging sick people from hospital.
They were warned people would die, and we know the names of people who did
