I am really proud of my campaign for Changing Places at motorway service stations. When I started my campaign in 2017 there were only 10 Motorway services with a Changing Places Toilet and the furthest north was in Birmingham! @BBCLancashire @BBCNWT

I often end a day feeling I didn’t do enough, no matter how much I did. But today, I think I might actually be Wonder Woman. Made bread rolls, played outside, made son laugh, house jobs, planted seeds, took son to the allotment, made good food. And going to bed before midnight!

I was walking into my son's room, thinking about why people use Ozempic for weight loss. Did they not see the Adipose episode of Doctor Who?😆 Then I looked out the window and saw this! Took several moments to realise it was the reflection of the giant cut out in my son's room.

My disabled son is still awake and needing me. I have Covid and am physically shattered by it. Remarkably, he has remained well, despite me still having to do all his care. It is exhausting.
