FWIW I’ve actually thought if Eloise wasn’t S4, then the cumulative interviews Jess gave post S3 strongly hinted that they were switching the order of Francesca/Eloise with Francesca going first. To me it doesn’t matter either way but I they seem to want to hold out for Eloise. Like they love her down in the same way they do Penelope and want to keep her around as long as possible.
