Lets summarize: You suggest a shaped charge was retrofitted in a very small device (smaller than any world use examples) with targeting precision leaving no smoke and no visible scorching trace that was able to detonate in a one and done lethal delivery and also timed precisely with some sound of a shot fired at exactly the same time, a sound which witnesses claim came from behind them.
