I shouldn’t even have to defend my title as the Season 3 winner. Alex quit the competition and chose to walk out the door. I stayed for all 42 days, including Famous House 2.0 and the RV trip, both of which he wasn’t part of. This seriously should not even be up for debate.

Unfortunately Mountain Valley has gone downhill since being bought out, testing for numerous heavy metals It was bought out by Primo, then Primo was bought out as well (this is when most health brands go downhill) They’re facing a class action lawsuit and even turned off Instagram comments for a while🚩 Now keep in mind this does not mean you need to freak out; there are heavy metals everywhere and it’s impossible to completely avoid them. There are still much more important things to focus your energy on (diet, sleep, circadian rhythm, etc) But if you’re going to pay a premium for spring water, there are better options out there!
