#UBISE congratulates professor Jun Zhuang and his PhD student, Sabiha Unal Eyi. They received the 2025 Best Paper Award from the journal Risk Analysis. The paper is titled "Game-Theoretic Optimization on School Safety: Resource Allocation Against Strategic Attacks."
